අවුරුදු 3ක් විතර තිස්සෙ ඉඳන් අන්තිම පේළිය කියෙව්වට මොනව හරි ලියන්න හම්බ වෙන්නෙ ඉඳල හිටල තමයි. හැමදාම කතා කියවන එකේ මට හිතුන පොඩි ප්‍රායෝගික පරීක්ෂණයක් කරන්න ඔයාල එක්ක.

නමුත් මේක හරියට කරපු කෙනෙකුට දැනෙන දේ පොත් සීයක් කියෙව්වත් ගන්න බෑ…

2. හිත කවුරුත් ඇති කරන දෙයක් වත්, ඉබේ හට ගන්න දෙයක් වත් නෙමයි..ඕක වෙන්නෙ මෙන්න මෙහෙමයි…

අපේ ඇහේ රූප වලට, කනේ ශබ්ද වලට, නහයේ ගඳ සුවඳට, දිවේ රස වලට, හමේ ස්පර්ශ වලට සහ මනෝ කායෙ සිතුවිලි (ධම්ම රූප ) වලට.. තියෙනව සංවේදී පොඩි පොඩි රූප කොටස් (ඉන්ද්‍රියන්). ඇති වෙවී, නැති වෙවී, වෙනස් වෙවී තියෙනව මිසක් ඔය කිසි එකකට ක්‍රියාවක් කරන්න බෑ.

හිතමුකො දැන් ඕක ඉස්සරහ තියෙනව රෝස මලක්…ඕකටත් කිසි දෙයක් කරන්න බෑ..
නමුත් මේ රෝස මලේ චායාව අර ඇහේ තියෙන සංවේදී කොටසට වැටුනාම හට ගන්නව හිතක්..

හරියට කණ්නාඩියක් ඉස්සරහ යමක් තිබ්බහම ඒකෙ ප්‍රතිබිම්භය කණ්නාඩියෙ පහල වෙනව වගේ…කවුරුත් කරන දෙයක් නෙමයි… ඉබේ වෙනවත් නෙමයි… රූපයෙයි..කණ්නාඩියෙයි ස්පර්ශය නිසයි වුනේ….(හරියට බෙරයකට අත වැදුනම හඬක් ඇති වෙලා නැති වෙනව වගේ.. ගිනි පෙට්ටියකට ගිනි කූර ගෑවුනම ගින්දර ඇති වෙනව වගේ..)

ඇහැ කියන්නෙ පරමාණු වලින් හැදිච්ච නිතර වෙනස් වෙන දෙයක් නම්… රෝස මලත් එහෙමම වෙනස් වෙන දෙයක් නම්…ඔය දෙකේ ස්පර්ශය නිසා ඇති වෙන සිතත්..නිතරම වෙනස් වෙවීම පවතින දෙයක් මයි.

කනට ශබ්ද තරංග වැටුණම, දිවට රස ගෑවුනම, හමට ස්පර්ශයක් උනාම, මනෝ කාය කියන ඉන්ද්‍රියට චිත්ත රූප වැටුණම වෙන්නෙත් මේකමයි.

මේක කවුරුත් කරන දෙයක් නම් අපිට ඕන වෙලාවට පාලනය කරන්න පුලුවන් වෙන්න ඕනනෙ. හිතන්නකො… අපේ කනට නරක ශබ්දයක් එන කොට කන off කරන්න පුලුවන්ද..බෑනෙ..

කරන්න පුලුවන් එකම දේ කන් බෙරයට ශබ්දය වදින එක නවත්තන එක විතරයි. ශබ්දයයි කන් බෙරයයි ගෑවුනොත් අනිවා..සිතක් හට ගන්නවා..සවිඥ්ඥානක ජීවියෙක් නම්…

3. තේරුම් ගන්න ටිකක් අමාරු එක තමයි..මනස කියන ඉන්දියට චිත්ත රූප ස්පර්ශ වෙන එක. මනස කියන්නෙයි හිත කියන්නෙයි එකක් කියල ගොඩක් අය හිතුවට මනස කියන්නෙ තවත් එක ඉන්ද්‍රියක්, ද්වාරයක්.

දිවට රස වගේ…මනසට අපි කලින් කරපු කියපු දේ වල සටහන් චිත්ත රූප විදිහට ස්පර්ශ වුනාම සිත් හට ගන්නවා.. උදාහරණයක් කියනවනම් අද ඔයා රස කෑමක් කෑවොත් එතන හට ගන්නෙ දිව නිසා හට ගත්තු සිතක්…නමුත් හෙට ඔයාට ඒ රස කෑම මතක් වුනොත් ඒක හට ගන්නෙ මනස කියන ඉන්ද්‍රියෙන්.

අහනවා, දකිනවා, ස්පර්ශ වෙනවා, රස බලනවා, ගඳ සුවඳ විඳිනවා..හැර අනෙක් ක්‍රියාවන් ( සිත් ) සේරම වෙන්නෙ මේ මනස කියන ඉන්ද්‍රියට චිත්ත රූප වදින නිසා.. හිස තමයි මේ මනස කියන ඉන්ද්‍රියෙ head office එක. සිතක තියෙනව මූලික ලක්ෂණ කීපයක්… ඒව තමයි.. හදුනා ගැනීම, කැමැත්ත අකමැත්ත අනුව අරමුණ කෙරෙහි ඇලීම හෝ ගැටීම සහ ක්‍රියාවක් සිදු වීම.

මේ හඳුනා ගැනීම එහෙම කලින් හට ගත්තු සිත් අනුව සිදු වෙනව මිසක් හරි හඳුනා ගැනීමක් නෙමයි..කන්න ඕන, යන්න ඕන වගේ සිත් හට ගන්නෙත් මේ වගේ මනසට ස්පර්ශ වෙන චිත්ත රූප අනුව.

බුද්ධ ධර්මයෙ එන සතිපට්ඨාන, උදය-වය, ඉරියාපථ භාවනා වල කෙරෙන්නෙත් මේ වගේ දෙයක්ම තමයි.

ටිකක් boring වගේ උනාට දිගටම කර ගෙන ගියොත් යමක් එක පාරට අවබෝධ වෙයි. හේතුන් එකතු වීමෙන් හට ගන්න හිත් ඇර ජීවිතේ පුරාම වෙන මුකුත් නැති බව, කරන ක්‍රියාවන් තමන් විසින් කරනව කියල හිතන් හිටියට ඒව සිදු වෙන්නෙ අනෙකුත් සාධක නිසා ඇතිවෙන හිත් වලින් බව කියලවත්.

"මම" කියල හිතන් ඉන්න හැම දේම control කරන ස්ථිර කෙනෙක් නැති බව තමන්ටම අවබෝධ උනොත් ඔයා ගොඩක් ඉස්සරහට ගිහින්. ඒක ඔයාගෙම අත්දැකීමක් මිසක් කාගෙන් වත් අහ ගත්ත දෙයක් නෙමෙයි.

ඒ කියන්නෙ දැන් තමය් එයා ආර්ය අෂ්ඨාංගික මාර්ගය කියන හැඩ පාරට ( සෝත ) වැටුනෙ (ආපන්න ). අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම මුකුත් නොකර හිටියත් එයා ආත්ම 7 ක් ඇතුලත නිවන කියන සාගරයට වැටෙනව.

මුකුත්ම නොකර හිටියත් කිව්වෙ ඊට පස්සෙ ඇති වෙන සිත් සකස් වෙන්නෙම නිවනට බර වෙලා නිසා. නිවනට බර වුනු සිත් පරම්පරාවක් ඇති වෙවී නැති වෙවී ගිහින් සදහටම නිවිල යනව.
