Dear Friends,
Every Poya day there is a Sathi Pasala [Mindfulness School] program for school children. The original thought of Sathi pasala is by Most Ven. UdaIriyagama Dhammajeeva maha thero, the chief venerable of Nissarana Vanaya, Meethirigala. The concept of Sathi Pasala is to introduce and guide children on mindfulness practice. There are several projects under Sathi Pasala program and this Poya day program in one of them.

Poya Day Program
Date – Every Poya day
Time – 8.00 am – 2.30 pm
Venue – Seelawathi Sewana / Battaramulla.
Age – grade 1 – grade 12
This program is based on a not-for-profit concept, is free from ethnic/religious dimensions and welcomes anyone to be part of the Sati Pasala community.
